Exhibition Tickets

Advance telephone and online booking

Our booking line telephone number is 0844 209 1770. To book online visit individual exhibitions for details. We recommend advance booking for exhibitions to guarantee entry. A booking fee, or handling charge, is payable on all pre-booked tickets.  Advance telephone and online tickets can only be booked up to 48 hours prior to visit.

In person at the V&A - in advance or on day of visit

Tickets are available from the Information Desks in the Main Entrance. Tickets are subject to availability, and no booking fee applies

Concessions are available for senior citizens, full-time students* and ES40 holders. Tickets are free for V&A Members and Patrons, under 12s, people with a disability and up to two carers, ICOM / Museums Association card holders, school, college, university and community groups. Art Fund and D&AD members get half price entry including concessions but excluding family tickets.

Tickets for Activities and Events

Advance telephone and online booking

Activities and events can be booked by telephone on +44 (0)20 7942 2211, or online by visiting Events Booking Online .  A handling charge per transaction applies.

Advance booking by post

Send cheques (made payable to Victoria and Albert Museum), or credit/debit card details (card number, expiry date, and issue number if appropriate), with a covering letter, to:

Concessions are available for senior citizens, full-time students*, and ES40 holders.

*The student concession applies to full- or part-time UK students taking state funded or private courses accredited by nationally approved agencies. A current institutional student card or NUS card is acceptable as proof of status. Overseas students with an EC student card or International Student Identity Card (ISIC) also qualify for the student rate.
